Across Swindon communities will be joining together throughout the bank holiday weekend to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Highworth Town Council have organised a whole weekend of celebrations including a beacon lighting tomorrow (Thursday), a festival in the High Street including: Air Cadets Parade, Craft/Produce Stalls, food stalls and live music, and an event at Elms Rec including big screens to watch the Pageant in London, falconry Display, inflatable Sports, Funfair and much more. https://tinyurl.com/mu2e85r3
Stratton St Margaret’s Parish Council are holding their Jubilee Event at the Grange Leisure Centre day will have an English “street party” feel with marquees, table and chairs and outside bar facilities.
