North Swindon MP Justin Tomlinson has celebrated the news that Tadpole Garden Village in Bloom have secured GOLD at the Royal Horticultural Society Britain In Bloom awards.
The award is the highest accolade in the RHS and is testament to the fantastic work of TGV in Bloom and its volunteers.
Justin was present earlier in the summer when the judges visited Tadpole Garden Village to inspect the work done by TGV in Bloom – mentioning at the time how impressed the judges seemed to be.
Justin Tomlinson said: “It was clear to see how impressed the RHS judges were when we met them, and it is down to the tireless work of volunteers who have made every effort to make TGV look fantastic. Well done!”
Tadpole Garden in Bloom Chairman Peter Walsh said: “I think it’s safe to say that this achievement also enhances the reputation of the village and hopefully can be seen as positive news for Crest Nicholson who wanted a thriving community when setting out plans for Tadpole Garden Village.”
