Justin Tomlinson MP has welcomed students from Ferndale Primary School to Parliament to discuss Parliament and his role as an MP.
The group, all members of the school's council, were keen to learn about Justin's role as an MP and how he represents them in Parliament. Additionally, the group compared their work on the school council to how Parliament operates.
The students had the opportunity to meet with Justin following a tour of Parliament, which included visiting the House of Commons, and put their questions to him.
Justin Tomlinson MP said: “It was wonderful to meet the students from Ferndale Primary School. My first political experience was standing for election at school and it was great to talk the students about how they are changing their school.”
