This year Justin is joining forces with the Orbital Shopping Park & Swindon Domestic Abuse Services to organise & collect donations for residents in the Swindon refuge this Christmas.
Christmas can be a very difficult time for families who find themselves in refuges - some families may have limited funds, and some families may have had to move into a refuge leaving Christmas presents behind.
By donating a gift for a young person or women in the refuge, you can brighten up their Christmas, and ensure they have gifts to open on Christmas morning.
Gifts can be dropped off at the Orbital Customer Service Hub (the room next to the public toilets, below the MPs office, by the rear car park).
Gifts you can donate:
✔️ Children of all ages ✔️ Women ✔️ Gifts for boys aged between 10-17 particularly encouraged (as there are slightly fewer in this area than others). ✔️Gifts must be new and in their packaging
Some gift ideas: new toys, new books, beauty & body gift sets, new socks, new hats, gloves & scarf etc.
