Justin has continued to lead the Government’s work to deliver a National Strategy for Disabled People, as well as a DWP Health & Disability Green Paper – both of which aim to break down barriers and place Disabled People at the heart of policy making.
As part of this work Justin has been consulting with a number of different organisations advocating for Disabled People, including Sense; East of England Regional Stakeholder Network; and Government Ministers.
Justin said: “These meetings are incredibly important, providing vital insight into issues affecting people with disabilities and how the Government can work to address them. The passion from advocates and campaigners is amazing to see, and they all have a huge impact on shaping the Government’s work to support people with disabilities.
