North Swindon MP returned to Highworth Warneford School to continue his work with GCSE Citizenship students.
Justin was speaking to a group of Year 10 students beginning their Citizenship GCSE, following a talk with Year 11 students at Warneford the week before.
During the visit, Justin spoke to them about his motivation for becoming an MP and his experience during his time in Westminster. Following that Justin took part in a Q&A, where students quizzed him on a number of topics.
The students were also asked what issues they were most concerned about and what they would like to see changed. Popular suggestions included free transport for U-16s, relaxing school uniform rules, more jobs for young people and a larger County Ground stadium.
Justin Tomlinson said: “It was a pleasure to speak to the students today, I was really impressed with how they engaged with the session. They put forward some very good ideas and raised some important issues.”
