Justin Tomlinson MP enjoys lunch and a chat with Penhill residents
Justin Tomlinson MP today joined Penhill's elderly residents at the weekly meeting of the Penhill Luncheon Club.
The Club meets every Wednesday at the John Moulton Hall in Penhill, providing a hot lunch and pudding to the elderly and vulnerable residents of the Penhill community.
Justin joined the members in a game of bingo, before chatting to them over a delicious roast lunch.
Justin Tomlinson MP said "All over Swindon are groups, just like the Penhill Luncheon Club, providing a real lifeline to the elderly and vulnerable in their communities. Everyone at Penhill was extremely friendly and welcoming and clearly enjoy the opportunity to enjoy lunch with friends every week.
"I really enjoyed the visit, it was great to have the opportunity to have a relaxed chat with fellow local residents."
