Justin Tomlinson MP has today expressed his support for Swindon made short film ‘Mr Wiggles’.
The film follows the story of a young girl, Amber, who during troubling times escapes with her teddy bear Mr Wiggles, who was given to her by her older brother Nathan. Amber has a vivid imagination that takes her to places of fantasy and comfort. Nathan, a few years older, has a more cynical view of the world but always looks out for his sister. The bond between them is boundless, but for Amber and Nathan, it’s only a matter of time before reality catches up.
The film was made by Swindon film company Infinite 8 Productions, in association with DogtaG Films and Wootton Bassett based Dreambase Studios, and will enjoy its premiere this Thursday at the Empire Cinema in Greenbridge. Such has been the interest in Mr Wiggles, that tickets for the premiere have already sold out.
Justin Tomlinson MP said “It is fantastic to see such creative talent in Swindon come together to work on such an excellent project. I wish the cast and crew of Mr Wiggles every success with their inspirational film.”
