North Swindon MP Justin Tomlinson was delighted to visit the ribbon cutting ceremony at Keepmoat Homes’ Greenbridge site earlier this week to mark the conclusion of the first stage of housebuilding on the site.
Keepmoat Homes is building a range of two, three, and four bedroom homes, with the first residents set to move in next month.
Justin spoke with the team at Keepmoat Homes on a range of topics, including issues in the sector, material procurement, and the current situation in the housing market.

I am incredibly proud that Swindon continues to be forward thinking when it comes to development, something which brings huge local investment. One of the things that makes our town so appealing is its good value, affordable housing. This is putting us on an extremely competitive edge and is one of the main reasons why businesses are choosing to invest heavily in our town. I am glad that Swindon is leading the way building new homes.”
