North Swindon MP Justin Tomlinson visited Swindon Harriers Athletic Club as part of his work to promote healthy lifestyles and local sport provision.
Justin visited the group at their track near the stadium to learn more about the work it does and meet some of the brilliant volunteers who run the club.
Swindon Harriers have an incredible 500 members, and an impressive range of track and field events suitable for all ages and abilities. The club provides a fantastic opportunity for young people to try out the various different sports before potentially specialising in one.
Justin Tomlinson MP said: "It was a pleasure to meet the team, and I am very much looking forward to supporting the club develop as they look to upgrade the floodlights and improve overall facilitie."
