North Swindon MP, and Minister for Energy Security and Net Zero, welcomes environmental progress ahead of World Earth Day.
The Minister highlighted the leading role the UK plays in protecting our environment - which includes being the first major world economy to halve its emissions.
Earth Day aims to honor and celebrate our remarkable planet, and highlight the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability, encouraging us to come together and take action for a healthier planet and brighter future.
Justin Tomlinson MP said: "World Earth Day is an important reminder of our shared duty to tackle climate change.
