Local MP, Justin Tomlinson, has thanked staff from Outset Swindon for their continued dedication to support people across the town looking for work and those who choose to start their own business, during the organisation's roadshow session at the Northern Orbital Shopping Centre.
Outset is totally free programme that helps people living in Swindon to start their own business. It offers a range of options including information sessions, one-to-one support, business start-up workshops and help with accessing finance.
During the roadshow, Justin met with staff from Outset and discussed the amazing progress that has been made in the last twelve months as unemployment has continued to fall, job creation has risen and the number of new firms starting-up has increased.
Justin Tomlinson MP said: "Outset Swindon has done some truly outstanding work in the time it has exists, helping shape futures and inspiring people to start their own business. The organisation's staff are excellent and work tirelessly to offer the very best support to those interested in pursuing . This is another fantastic example of Swindon at its very best!"
