Local MP, Justin Tomlinson, got slightly more than he bargained for during a recent visit to the Upper Stratton Library as part of the library's summer fun day
Justin joined library visitors who for the fun day aimed at promoting the library usage and the Reading Agency's "Summer Reading Challenge". During the visit, Justin had the opportunity to see a collection of animals brought in for the event, including several snakes.
Justin Tomlinson MP said: "Throughout the summer, across Swindon's excellent libraries, there are so many fantastic events taking place for residents to get involved. This event shows the creative way in which we are boosting the number of people visiting our libraries and long may that continue".
