Local MP Justin Tomlinson has paid a visit to the Swindon site of Schneider Electric in Sterling Court to hear about the sites continued growth and plans for the future.
Schneider Electric SE is a corporation that specializes in electricity distribution, automation management and produces installation components for energy management. They also provide solutions for energy strategies, including for the residential market, buildings, Industry & Infrastructure, and data centres.
The Swindon site employs 150 people locally and continues to grow from strength to strength. Justin joined plant manager Gary Simmonds on a tour of the site and was interested to hear about Schneiders successful green policy as well as its continued plans to remain a strong site in Swindon.
