Robins' Legend Alun "Rosco" Rossitor Supports Justin's Campaign

Speedway Manager, Alun Rossitor, has become the latest high-profile Swindonian to throw his support behind the re-election campaign of Conservative candidate, Justin Tomlinson.

As the Councillor for Abbey Meads, Justin secured the future of the Abbey Stadium when it faced closure, and as North Swindon's MP he has worked closely with "Rosco" to support the redevelopment of the site to make it into a truly world-class facility; securing the long-term future of speedway in Swindon. 

Alun & Justin often meet to discuss the progress of the Robins and Justin, who is the Vice-Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Speedway, regularly visits the Abbey Stadium to get behind the Robins.

Alun said: "Justin led the successful campaign to save our stadium and has helped us to secure our long-term future with the plans for the new Abbey Stadium. I have always found him approachable and helpful in supporting and promoting our sport both locally and in Parliament. It is a pleasure to work with him."
