North Swindon MP Justin Tomlinson has championed children's access to books in Parliament.
Justin spoke in a Westminster Hall debate focusing on the issue of childrens access to books.
During the speech he outlined four areas which he believes should be a focus to improve access to books: supporting school libraries, engaging volunteers, encouraging libraries to be accessible to families, and working with new parents so that reading begins at an early stage.
